In-home Newborns
Let me put your mind at ease when doing an in-home newborn session. You don't need to have a clean house, a beautifully decorated house, a big house or even a baby's room at all in order to have an in-home session. All we need is a bit of window light, this can come from the dining room window, the front door, your bedroom, or sometimes even outside on a blanket. You don't need to worry about moving or cleaning anything. I will move whatever and move it back. Let me be your Pensacola newborn photographer!

Typically most book during the second or third trimester to secure a spot on my calendar. The session usually takes place within the first two weeks of your baby's birth, though some wait 5-8 weeks, it's whatever works best for your family and whenever you are ready for me to come photograph your family.
Very little, we just need one room with some good natural light, I will arrive at your home early to scope it out. If you get a chance declutter, just throw everything in a closet or a box, if you do not get a chance no worries, I will move whatever needs to be moved and move it back. Do turn up the heat slightly so baby stays cozy.
Your home does not need to be spotless—real life is welcome here.
That is perfectly ok. . With over a 15 years of photography experience, I know how to work with awake, sleepy, and fussy babies. Some of the most meaningful images happen during those moments when you least expect it.
Simple, neutral clothing photographs best. A snug soft sleeper, onesie, or swaddle is perfect for your baby.
Neutral, soft tones photograph beautifully for parents or siblings too, think creams, beiges, soft blues, and muted earth tones. Comfort is key, especially for postpartum moms. I’m happy to help with outfit guidance before your session.
In-home newborn sessions are relaxed, personal, and meaningful because you are in your own space. Great for siblings and baby because they are in a familiar space.. Preserves this season exactly as it feels, cozy and full of love.
